Project: House Conversion to HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) – Epsom

This project involved converting a three-storey house into a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) to maximize rental returns. Located in a prime residential area, the property was transformed into high-quality shared accommodation, catering to multiple tenants.

Our team conducted a feasibility study and provided a design that enhanced the property’s functionality while meeting HMO standards and local regulations. The design optimized space, creating spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a shared communal kitchen, dining, and lounge area.

We handled all aspects of planning, regulatory compliance, and building control, ensuring the conversion met all HMO licensing requirements. The design also incorporated energy-efficient systems and soundproofing to create a sustainable and comfortable living environment.

The successful conversion enabled the client to achieve significantly higher rental income, showcasing our expertise in property conversions and maximizing rental yields.
