Roberto Scalzullo founded the practice after several years of working in London and abroad on prestigious commercial and residential projects, ranging from luxury homes to Listed Building restorations.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Roberto completed his Degree/Master’s course in Architecture in 1996, specializing in Design. He was shortlisted as the Retrofit Designer of the Year 2025.
He has over twenty-five years of experience as a qualified architect, with a background that includes structural design, cost estimation, and site management.
His portfolio encompasses extensive expertise across a wide range of building types in both Italy and the UK. Some of his notable projects, which can be found under the “Projects Know-How” section, include Blackfriars Bridge Station (while working at Jacobs) and 80 Charlotte Street (a Derwent development) during his role as a Senior Consultant at AFK Studios.
Occasionally, and depending on workload, we rely on remotely based support, which provides cost savings for our clients by reducing overhead expenses and rates due to geographical location.

Emilia Butler
– Interior Designer
After graduating from Gdańsk University of Technology in 2005 with a Master’s Degree in Architecture, Emilia worked in several architectural practices in Poland and the UK. She has experience across commercial, residential, and industrial projects, preparing documentation for building permits.
In recent years, Emilia worked for one of the leading interior design practices in London, gaining extensive experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects. She is proficient in all phases of the interior design and construction process, including project narrative, technical design, site management, coordination, and client presentations.
