Six New Apartment Blocks – Residential Development – Leatherhead

This project involved the design and planning for the construction of six new apartment blocks on a redundant site with significant development potential. Our client approached us with the vision of transforming this underutilised plot into a modern residential complex, providing much-needed housing in the area.

Our team was tasked with creating an innovative and practical design concept that would maximize the site’s development potential while meeting local planning regulations. The design aimed to offer high-quality living spaces that catered to modern urban lifestyles, with careful consideration of layout, functionality, and sustainability.

The proposed development included six distinct apartment blocks, each featuring a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom flats, designed to cater to a broad range of potential buyers and renters. The layout was planned to ensure optimal light, privacy, and views for each unit, with ample communal space, secure parking, and green areas to enhance the living environment.

As part of the design process, we worked closely with the client to ensure that the project was both financially viable and aligned with their long-term goals. We also provided full support throughout the planning application process, addressing any concerns from the local planning authority and securing the necessary approvals.

This development represents a perfect example of how well-executed urban design can transform a redundant site into a vibrant, sustainable community. It also showcases our expertise in residential developments and our ability to provide high-quality design solutions for complex projects.

Our client was pleased with the proposed concept, which not only maximizes the site’s potential but also adds significant value to the surrounding area, creating a mix of modern, affordable housing in line with local demand.
